How it works

Four steps, one accountable contractor

The same sequence on every project, whether it is a detached ADU in Vista or a 25-unit building in San Marcos.

  1. 01

    Consult

We walk the site, review your drawings or your goals, and talk honestly about budget and feasibility before anyone commits. No charge for the first conversation.

  2. 02

    Design & Permits

Plans get reviewed for constructability, the scope gets documented, and the permit package moves through the governing jurisdiction with our coordination.

  3. 03

    Build

Construction runs on a schedule you can see, with the license holder on the job and a single point of contact for questions, selections and changes.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Punch list, final inspections and closeout documents. You get a finished building and the paperwork that proves how it was built.
