Where modular saves time — and where it does not
Factory build and site work can run in parallel, which is where modular's schedule advantage comes from. But the modules cannot ship until the foundation is inspected and correct to the manufacturer's tolerances, and nothing about permitting moves faster because a home is modular.

- Do you supply the modules?
- Craft Homes performs the general contracting scope: site work, foundation, set coordination, stitch-up and finish-out. Modules are purchased from a manufacturer, and we coordinate directly with them on tolerances and set scheduling.
- Is a modular home built to the same code as a site-built home?
- Modular homes are built to the same state building code as site-built homes and are inspected accordingly — that is what separates them from manufactured (HUD-code) housing.
